Located at the Oklahoma City main campus, participants offer the business community a skilled labor force that produces quality work on time and on budget. Individuals are involved in meaningful, productive, compensated work while learning valuable work-related skills.
Well-trained staff assist participants by helping them reach their specific, work-related goals and increased independence.
Depending on the goals and desires of the person, additional training options include DRTC Awards & Promotional Items where stunning acrylic awards and gifts are produced, and DRTC Framing where high-quality frames are assembled.

Mobile Workforce is designed for participants to gain experience and knowledge in community employment. A crew of no more than 5, along with a trained staff member, engages in paid vocational training within a local business.
This past year individuals participated in the OKC Zoo Safari Lights and Kosmos Q as additional temporary/seasonal enclaves.
Training focuses on work place guidelines, safety, and co-worker interactions, both with people who have disabilities and those who do not.
Another aspect of the Mobile Workforce includes giving back to the community by choosing to volunteer at locations like the Food Bank or Habitat for Humanity.
Participants may also choose to spend limited time in the Vocational Services Program.

*While we are flexible to our best extent, a pattern of last minute “no work” days can result in losing your priority company status until work is consistent again.
The Community Living Engagement Program offers individuals opportunities for community engagement (volunteering, community outings, etc.) as well as some paid work activities through the DRTC Production Center. Additional assistance is available for individuals who require support with eating and personal care.
