Individuals in the nationally recognized, award-winning Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) Food Service federal contract provide full food service for men/women in the Armed Forces and civilian personnel at TAFB. This contract is one of the largest full food service management undertakings in the United States by a work center. The TAFB Food Service federal contract allows DRTC to employ individuals with disabilities in jobs that pay more than the minimum wage and offer excellent benefits.
Individuals working at these federal contracts provide custodial services for more than 179 separate buildings at Tinker Air Force Base, including building 3001, which is a mile long. The individuals clean many areas, including offices, aisle ways, restrooms and break areas. These jobs also pay more than minimum wage with excellent benefits.
Individuals with disabilities provide custodial services at the Federal Courthouse, Federal Post Office, the Oklahoma City Federal Building and the Murrah Plaza. This project provides employment opportunities to 24 people with disabilities in jobs that pay more than the minimum wage and offer excellent benefits.
Individuals with disabilities provide custodial services at the Mike Monroney Federal Aviation Administration facilities located in Oklahoma City. This project provides employment for 35 people with disabilities in jobs that pay more than the minimum wage and offer excellent benefits.
