An Employment Consultant works directly with program participants to explore their interests, assess their skills, and discover work opportunities that fit their unique talents. The role involves so much more than job placement; it’s about building confidence, fostering resilience, and empowering individuals to thrive independently. Through hands-on training, guidance, and encouragement, Employment Consultants see firsthand how their work impacts lives in profound ways.

The journey doesn’t end with a job offer. Employment Consultants support participants as they learn new tasks, adapt to work environments, and develop essential workplace skills, all while helping employers create inclusive, supportive workplaces.
