The 2025 Ability at Work Awards celebrates individuals and organizations that champion disability-inclusive workforces and communities. We are thrilled to honor those whose achievements have made a significant impact on advancing inclusion in our community.
Ashleigh Robinson is a proud Oklahoman and fierce advocate for Danielle, her younger sister with Down Syndrome. Having held a handful of fun jobs including fundraiser, Oklahoma City public school teacher, and Miss Oklahoma 2021, Ashleigh is glad to be serving her church – St. Luke’s in downtown Oklahoma City and lobbying for causes at the Oklahoma Capitol. Highlighted accomplishments include being named Next Gen Under 30, winning the 2022 Advocate Award from the Arc of Oklahoma, the 405 Magazine HER Award & photo feature, the Journal Record 40 Under 40, and singing backup with Michael Buble’s international tour while he was in Tulsa. Additionally, Ashleigh is honored to serve the state on the board of directors for Goodwill of Central Oklahoma, and boxes in her free time.
